Shipping policy
Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During high-volume times (like holidays or sales), processing may take an extra day or two.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx.
You’ll be able to select your preferred shipping method at checkout:
- Standard Shipping (3–5 business days)
- Priority Shipping (1–3 business days)
Shipping Rates
- Flat Rate Shipping: $5 on all U.S. orders
- International Shipping: calculated at checkout, based on the weight of your package
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at twofishcontact@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
